This Privacy Policy explains how OE Marketing LLC ("we", "us"), operator of TapReview Pro, collects and uses information when you visit this website or buy our digital product.
Information we collect
- Purchase information. When you check out, our payment processor Stripe collects your name, email address, billing details and payment information. Stripe shares your name, email, order details and limited billing information with us. We do not receive or store your full card number.
- Messages you send us. If you email us, we keep your email address and the content of your message so we can respond.
- Technical data. Our hosting provider, Vercel, automatically logs technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type and pages requested, for security and to keep the site running.
- Translation (only if you use it). The language picker uses the Google Translate website tool. Nothing is loaded from Google until you choose a language. When you do, your browser loads Google's translation script, the text of the page is sent to Google to be translated, and a
googtranscookie is set to remember your language. Google may also set its own cookies and receive your IP address and browser details, as described in Google's Privacy Policy. Choosing English again clears our language cookie. - Sound preference. If you turn the product carousel's sound effects on or off, that choice is saved in your browser's local storage on your device. It is not sent to us.
This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Our fonts are hosted on this site, not loaded from Google Fonts. The only cookies are the optional translation cookies described above and any cookies Stripe sets on its own checkout pages.
How we use information
- To process your payment, send your receipt, and give you access to the product download.
- To provide customer support and respond to your requests.
- To prevent fraud, keep records required by law, and handle refunds or disputes.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, such as Stripe (payments and checkout), Vercel (website hosting and server logs), Google (translation, only if you use the language picker), and our email provider, and when required by law. These providers handle data under their own privacy policies, including Stripe's Privacy Policy, Vercel's Privacy Policy and Google's Privacy Policy.
Retention
We keep purchase records for as long as needed to provide the product, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing omarganon@yahoo.com. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law. We will respond within a reasonable time.
Security
We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
Children
This website and product are intended for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
