These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of the TapReview Pro supplier access package and this website. The website and product are operated by OE Marketing LLC, a business based in Florida, USA ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you are buying

TapReview Pro is a one-time digital purchase that includes: (a) contact information for a third-party supplier of NFC review cards, and (b) a starter guide covering card setup and approaching businesses (together, the "Product"). The Product is delivered electronically as an instant download after payment. You are not buying physical cards from us, a business opportunity, a franchise, coaching, or any guaranteed income.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to purchase the Product.

3. Price and payment

The price is shown on the website at the time of purchase (currently $69.99 USD, unless stated otherwise). Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your full card details. You are responsible for any taxes or bank fees that apply to you.

4. Delivery

After payment you are taken straight to a private download page where you can download the Product instantly after payment. Stripe also emails a payment receipt to the address you enter at checkout. Please keep your copy of the download; the download page is for your personal use and must not be shared. If you could not download the Product, contact us at omarganon@yahoo.com within 7 days of purchase.

5. Refunds

Because the Product is digital, all sales are final once it has been delivered, except as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Third-party supplier

The supplier is an independent third party. We are not the supplier, an agent of the supplier, or a party to any transaction between you and the supplier. Product availability, pricing, minimum order quantities, quality, customization, shipping and resale terms are set by the supplier and may change at any time. Any purchase you make from the supplier is solely between you and the supplier.

7. License and permitted use

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product for your own business. You may not copy, resell, share, publish or redistribute the Product (including the supplier information or the guide), in whole or in part, without our written permission.

8. No earnings guarantee

Any figures or examples on this website (such as example card costs) are illustrations only. We make no promise or guarantee that you will earn any money. Your results depend on your own pricing, marketing, customers, costs, effort and execution. See our Earnings Disclaimer.

9. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to your business, including business registration, sales tax, consumer protection and advertising rules, and the terms of any platform you use (for example, Google's policies on reviews). Do not use NFC review cards to offer incentives for reviews or to solicit fake or misleading reviews.

10. Trademarks

Google is a trademark of Google LLC. NFC Tools is a third-party app. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Google or the makers of NFC Tools.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

The Product and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim related to the Product or website will not exceed the amount you paid us for the Product.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

14. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
